Ca's comte es el resultado de una cuidadosa y esmerada remodelación conservando toda su nobleza arquitectónica del S. XVIII. Fue en su tiempo una casa señorial, formando parte del Palacio de Ayamans.
Al pie de la sierra de Tramuntana, en la zona de "Es Raiguer" y en la parte septentrional de Mallorca, se situa el pueblo de Lloseta, en el que hotel está ubicado en la plaza del pueblo, en el mismo casco antiguo, colindando por un lado con el Palacio de Ayamans y por el otro con la Iglesia. Ca's Comte dispone de 8 habitaciones diferentes entre si, 4 dobles y 4 suites, todas equipadas con baño completo (2 de las suites con bañera hidromasaje), secador de pelo ,albornoz, teléfono con toma de modem, climatizadores, TV-radio satélite, minibar y caja de seguridad.
Además en su zona noble cuenta con un comedor ambientado al más puro estilo mallorquín, con capacidad para 24 comensales, la terraza y el patio interior, ágora de toda mansión del siglo XVIII, que le transportará en el tiempo hasta vivir la realidad de la época, y finalmente el salón chimenea ideal para largas horas de conversación o de lectura junto al fuego.

Ca´s Comte is the result of a careful and thoughtful convertion. The original features and architecture of the XVIII century have been preserved and restored. Ca´s Comte was originally a noblemans country house, (manor house), and it formed part of the Ayamans Palace. Situated in the Raiguer region in the north of Majorca and at the foot of th mountain range, Serra de Tramuntana, the hotel is in the main square between the Church and the Ayamans Palace in the village center of Lloseta. Ca´s Comte has eight complety different and individual rooms, four doubles and four with en-suite facilities, providing our guests with the perfect combination of traditional splendour, modern comfort as well as the most advanced technologies. All guest-rooms are equipped with a full-size bath and shower, (two of the suites with Jacuzzi), hair dryer, bathrobes, telephone and modem outlet. Individual heating and air conditioning, radio and satellite TV, minibar and personal (in-room) safe. The dining room, decorated in the traditional Majorcan style. The terrace and inner courtyard, a distintive part of all 18th. century mansions, will take you back through time to experience the true lifestyle of that period. Our lounge with a traditional (wood-burning) fireplace is ideal for spending long hours just relaxing or reading by the fire.
