Welcome to the "Sierra de Guara", a natural landscape with thousands of possibilities to enjoy nature and the unique ecosystem where art, fauna, flora and surprising spaces created by nature meet. All this from Bierge, where the hotel looks after every detail, so that our visitors enjoy their leisusre time in nature. Bierge is a small village with romanesque remains visible in its church of Saint Fructuoso (XI th. century). Situated in the Somontano region, it is the geographical centre of Guara's canyons and walking routes, and departure point for its famous Somontano wine route. Wines with a guarantee of vintage label. The mediterranean climate can be felt in its olive and almond trees and landscape of wines. Activities include; Canyoning, trekking, biking, horseriding and cultural routes (Romanesque and stone age art). Three young sisters, Rosa, Ana and Eva have taken this new building in this little village in the Prepirineo, and have turned it into a warm and welcoming inn. They have followed the style of the local architecture using large windows to let in lots of natural daylight, and there are large terraces off the rooms. The interiors have been decorated in natural tones, with lots of wood, stone, and wrought iron and they provice a warm ambience for your stay. The dining room with fireplace provides a lovely setting for a delicious dinner.
